We offer low-cost sports physicals & 12-lead ECGs for local high school students in collaboration with the South Florida Community Health Foundation, Inc. (SoFloCHF)- a not-for-profit organization in Fort Lauderdale. We provide healthcare, mental health services, and anti-aging therapies. We conduct FDA research studies and are always adding new volunteers to our Research Datatase. We are also accepting new medical and aesthetic patients. We accept: cash, all major credit cards (with a 3% service charge), Debit Cards, Medicare, Medicaid, and some in-network commercial health insurance policies (such as United Healthcare and Florida Blue).
